Rom 3:23
All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
All of us are sinners and we haven’t met any of God’s requirements for holiness.
Rom 6:23
The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus.
We deserve death, where we are physically and spiritually separated from God.
However, God due to His mercy chose to forgive and redeem us.
2Cor 5:21
He became sin who knew no sin, so that in Him we may become the righteousness of God.
Jesus – who never sinned took our sins on the cross and died in our place, so that we may have eternal life.
He gave Himself as a sacrifice for our sins, so that we can be with Him forever.
